Horsemanship & Equine Therapy

MercyMe2 now offers Horsemanship and Equine Therapy as a unique, hands-on therapeutic experience that fosters emotional growth, trust, and personal healing. Working with horses in a structured environment allows individuals in recovery to build self-awareness, improve communication, and develop non-verbal skills in a calming, nature-based setting.

Participants engage in guided activities that promote emotional regulation, self-confidence, responsibility, empathy, and trauma-informed recovery support. No prior horse experience is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to grow.

Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR)

Our Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) program is designed to help individuals with mental health challenges regain the social, emotional, and cognitive skills needed to thrive in everyday life. This structured support system empowers participants to achieve personal goals, maintain stability, and reintegrate into the community with confidence.

Key focus areas include coping skills and emotional wellness, daily living and vocational readiness, community integration and relationship-building, and self-advocacy and goal-setting. Through group and individual sessions, MercyMe2’s PSR services create a supportive space where healing is not only possible—but sustainable.
